Does the AirPods charger unit come included?
No — the Orbit provides a cradle that holds your existing AirPods charging case. Your AirPods case sits securely in the cradle; the charging cable or adapter is not included.

Which AirPods models fit the Orbit?
The Orbit cradle is compatible with AirPods (1st, 2nd & 3rd gen) and AirPods Pro in their standard charging cases. AirPods Max are not compatible.

Does the Orbit wirelessly charge my AirPods?
No. The cradle holds your AirPods case in a convenient position — it is not a wireless charger. Charging happens through your existing cable and case as usual.

What battery does the Orbit use?
One standard AA battery (not included). The quiet sweep movement means zero ticking noise.

What fits in the hidden storage cavity?
USB drives, AirTags, small cables, paper clips, coins, and other small desk essentials. It’s designed for the everyday bits that clutter your desk.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We ship across India within 2–4 working days from order confirmation.

How is my order packed?
Every Pixo clock is bubble-wrapped and double-boxed for safe delivery. We take packaging seriously.

Do you ship outside India?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — stay tuned.

Will I get a tracking link?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Returns & Replacement

What is your return/replacement policy?
We offer a 7-day easy replacement on manufacturing defects. If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, email us at support@pixo-innovations.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. We’ll sort it out.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection. Please review your color and product choice carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, reach out before you buy — we’re happy to help.

What material are Pixo clocks made from?
All Pixo clocks are made from eco-friendly PLA (Polylactic Acid) — a durable, lightweight, and sustainably produced material.

Are the clock movements noisy?
No. All Pixo clocks use quiet sweep movements — no ticking sound at all.

How do I clean my clock?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat.

How do I set the time?
Insert your AA battery, then use the small knob at the back of the clock to set the hands to the correct time.
