Shipping

We ship all Pixo orders across India.

  • Delivery time: 2–4 working days from order confirmation
  • Packaging: Every clock is bubble-wrapped and double-boxed for safe delivery
  • Tracking: A tracking link is sent to your email once your order ships
  • Coverage: Currently shipping within India only. International shipping coming soon.

Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day easy replacement on manufacturing defects.

If your Pixo product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Email support@pixo-innovations.com
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Attach a clear photo or short video showing the defect

We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection (color, product type). Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
  • If you’re unsure about a product, reach out to us before you buy — we’re happy to help you choose.
  • Battery (AA) is not included with any Pixo clock.
